My dog suddenly started loosing all the fur on both sides of her hinde quarters. She also developed bumps along her back. I was trying to find help and stopped by the store. The ladies were so knowledgeable and friendly. They knew right away what combination could help! I left armed with a healthy remedy, free samples and a better understanding of my dogs condition. Incredible customer service! I went in looking for help with some dog food for two finicky sheepadoodles, what I found was a shop full of friendly and helpful people! They recommended a product but also sent me home with some samples to see what the dogs would like! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

I went to holistic for pets on fruitville road today desperate for some advice. I explained the symptoms my senior dog, Ayla, has been having, including stiffness, no appetite and no energy, and the women in the store recommended a glucosamine chew and CBG drops. I gave Ayla her first dose of each this afternoon and within HOURS she was running around the house and the brightness in her eyes had returned. Thank you all so much for taking the time to listen and show me the different options available!

I've been struggling trying to find something for my dog's complicated dietary needs. I've been to several large pet retailers and none of the associates were too knowledgeable or helpful. After reading some reviews for this store, I decided to check them out today. They were awesome! They patiently listened to the situation and gave me a ton of options. I really felt like they cared.I will definitely come back here. It is refreshing to have such awesome customer service. 😊
